WHO WE ARE
MIRIAM
For me, whisky was not love at first sight but the trips to Scotland, the beautiful landscape and the wonderful people behind the whisky did not allow me not to fall in love with whisky.
Today I enjoy whisky with a strong wood influence from good ex bourbon or oloroso casks.

Favourite unpeated whisky: Bunnahabhain XXV

Favourite peated whisky:
Caol Ila 1990 bottled for Feis Ile 2019
MARTIN
An old German tradition of praising a Christmas tree led to my love for whisky. What I enjoy most are old ex bourbon cask whiskies and malts matured in second fill sherry casks because they give the whisky the chance to unfold its own special character without the cask being too dominant.

Favourite unpeated whisky:
Bruichladdich Rare Cask 1986-2016

Favourite peated whisky:
Bowmore 15 y.o. bottled for Feis Ile 2018
MANUEL
Discovering new smells and tastes led me into the whisky world and deepened my love for the Water of Life ever since. Well-aged whiskies are my go-to because for me complexity is king.

Lagavulin 21 (1985)
